On May 23-26, 2023, the 13th International Conference on the History of Chemistry (ICHC) was held, organized by the European Chemical Society “EuChemS” together with the Group on the History of Chemistry, the Lithuanian Society of Chemists, the Lithuanian Society of Biochemists and the Faculty of Chemistry and Geosciences of VU. During the conference, a commemorative plaque dedicated to Vilnius University professor Andriis Sniadeckis (1768-1838) was unveiled on the wall of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania (A.
